Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy


Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $79 CAD in value shipped to a Canadian address. Yay!

All purchases from "Ay Amor" are shipped directly to the buyer from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. All purchases with shipping instructions to a Canadian address are NOT subject to any additional custom duty, tariffs or import fees on their shipment.

Any other orders and desired shipments outside of Canada are subject to additional custom duties, tariffs or import fees.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your Ay Amor purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit if you make the request within 30 days of shipment date. Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit.

To try on your shoes when you receive them, please make sure you step on carpet or on a clean and smooth surface to avoid damaging the shoe sole.

If 31 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return or exchange, email us at hello@ayamor.ca with details of your return along with your receipt and we will email you a return label within 5 business days. Please ensure you attach the receipt or proof of purchase that your item(s) were purchased directly from Ay Amor.

Product Warranty

We offer a 60 day product warranty. Items that break prior to wear or have any product defects must be reported within 60 calendar days of receipt to qualify for a store credit only. Please email us at hello@ayamor.ca specifying the details of the defect along with as many pictures as possible and we will respond to your query within 5 business days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days from the date of approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance and Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, clearance and sale items are final sales and are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs incurred due to the return or exchange of your shoes are not covered by Ay Amor. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you're approved to receive a refund, the cost of original outbound shipping paid to Ay Amor will not be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we are unable to guarantee the safe delivery of your shoes by your shipping carrier of choice.
